After I've cried like mad, my beneath eye and lid will be puffy, what should I do ?

What I do when that happen is make sure to use an eyelash curler and eyeshadow the next sunshine to disguise the puffiness of the upper lid.
If you're a tea drinker, put the used tea bags in the refrigerator and you can use them as a cool compress over your eyes to combat puffiness.
You can stick Spoons surrounded by the freezer and let them get cold and afterwards set them on your eyes for awhile.
try putting something cold on it.... like ice!
