How can i find rid of dusk circles below my eyes?

I want natural ways to get ird of them (not make-up) and i read something roughly used cool tea bags but what kind of nouns?

any gentle of tea bag will work. i have also used cucumber slices. taking a vitamin b complex also help
The only article I have been told to do is to sleep on two pillows at hours of darkness, get more sleep and sleep more upright.

Weird but--- gain a cotton ball, pour some milk in a cup single a little bit, tab the cotton ball beside milk and put underneath ur eyes
and btw any kind of tea bag works
or put a spoon surrounded by the fridge for 5 minutes then place over eyes
