Dark circles underneath my eye for too long very soon, relief?
I have really sensitive skin but according to what causes these obscurity circles my habits should be preventing them. From what I have read it can be cause by dehydration, sun, and kidney problems. Well I drink only water and I other stay out of the sun. However, sleep is another issue. I am usually tired a lot but the tiniest amount of sleep I get nowadays is 6 hours. There use to be times when I would get hold of only 3-5 hours of sleep one day but I would other take naps anyway to cure the tiredness. If not getting sleep is the problem than how should I conversion my schedule?

It all depends what your programme is and how flexible, for example your job and committments and what not, but I would advise you involve a longer sleep at night - aim for 8 hours if you can and longer at weekends, sleep until you natrually wake. You axiom you are tired is basically the answer right there. You requirement more rest.
