I don`t know go get a facial that works for me i would try anything from a movie

Is it bags or dark circles? If it is gloomy circles then the correct color concealer will work. If it is bags, the previous answer roughly speaking hemorrhoid ointment is supposed to work. However be careful it is a product made from the shark. You may be allergic to it.
Are your eye lots due to loss of muscle tone in your surrounding face nouns? If it is then you may want to try facial exercise. By toning your face muscles, you will tone the muscles around the eye nouns and minimize your eye bags. Last but not least, use a fitting pentapeptide cream like Olay and it will help regenerate your skin by on the increase color, tone, and texture. I have the same problem - my eyes return with so puffy that even my top lids swell as well.
I started using Mary Kay eye cloak gel (it is a light blue gel), and I haven't had puffy eyes since I own been using it. It feels so moral and soothing and really works well.
I use it every day, and move out it on (you can also wipe it off, but because my bags are so desperate I don't).
I highly recommend this product!
Try putting Soked Tea bags under your eyes where on earth the bags are... it will go away.
