what is a good quick agency to get rid of them? ive tried sleeping for a long time but that didnt do anything. is there anything else i can do to find rid of them?

Depends on the cause. Eye creams with "brighteners" (usually licorice extract) will blanch the skin underneath your eyes and decrease puffiness. Also, dehydration is a common lead to of under-eye circles so the eye cream would assist with that also. Allergies is another cause, and benadryl or your regular medication may help with that also.
