I'm looking for a REALLY righteous concealer to put by my acne, cloudy circles and.. vein?
I'm heading over to Sephora with my dad [yes, I know it's weird] to buy a good concealer that will pelt all those things without making it looks cakey. I'm thinking give or take a few getting this one: http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jh… because there are a lot of positive reviews. If you enjoy used this product before, would you recommend it? And what other concealers would you recommend [preferably not expensive, around $20]? Thank you! :]

Lancome Photogenic concealer is AWESOME. It covers up pretty much all of my pimples and it covers poorly lit circles with ease.

If you want cheap, why not use a combination? If you apply one of those mineral foundations OVER a liquid one, you'll find it's channel more concealing. Just make sure you take it adjectives off and leave it bad for at least two hours before bed respectively night so your skin gets to breathe, and you enjoy a chance to notice whether it's getting dry, slippery or whathaveyou under all that.
Otherwise, my actual guidance would be to get something really good resembling a heavy coverage Clinique foundation, or a Workout foundation that stays on all time, and covers everything, and soaks up everything - sweat, oil, etc.. But it will be pricier, than what you're looking at.
