Dark circles, vein, pores, give support to !?

Okay. I have dark circles, little vein in my cheeks, my skin looks flaky under my bring in up, i hate my pores showing, powder looks horrible on my face, im lone a teen and my face looks baaaad. Any tips for ANY of that ? Im going make up shopping tomorrow, so i appreciate any warning you have. Thanks ! (:

I have impossible to tell apart thing and my grandma says that the dusk spots under my eyes are from not enough sleep and the vein I really don't know where they came from but my mom have them so maybe its genetics.
And I really don't know what to do near my pores
