Does anybody know how to bring back rid of shady circles?

Hey there,
I have pretty discouraging dark circles under my eyes, and they take home me pretty self conscious some times. It's not really from lack of sleep, because i get in the order of 7 hours at least each college night, and on weekends about 9.
I hold been told that getting a lot of exercise and consumption healthily and of course sleeping well is correct to begin with. Do you judge i get enough sleep? I guzzle pretty healthily apart from a few chocolates probably a bit too regularly, and i walk/run for at least 20 minutes or anywhere up to an hour (when i go to a park beside my friend and we do a lot of running around and stuff) every second day. Should i be trying to do more, and even so, would this exhaust the dark circles under my eyes?
Any concept, apart from any kind of surgery or laser treatment?

Dark circles can be caused for a lot of reason, from lack of sleep to thin skin within general. I know lots of people who enjoy used tea bags to reduce bleak circles or cucumber slices...there are a number of home remedies that folks try and claim they help. Just google "getting rid of dark circles lower than eyes" and you'll find websites with lots of ideas to try. Obviously getting more rest and exercise can never hurt.
