Eye sack removal surgery?

i am interesed in having eye daypack removal surgery to reduced bags and wrinkes around the eyes, i had a consultation and be told it would leave a scar have can anyone advise as to the extent of the scar is it terrifically sore after are to results good and where would you recommed surrounded by ireland
