but as for my real answer i'm afraid i don't know, however Boots sell a great product for reducing heaps and dark circles under your eyes!

I think its because you've been using your eyes, for a long spell of time, and so your eyes get over stressed, and the pressure, of over working them results in getting heaps under your eyes.
